Bobby Zapp – Inspiring Health, Fitness & Wellness

Bobby Zapp’s passion for creative thinking began with a simple poem he wrote in the fifth grade. Life has taken him through many twists and turns since then, but one thing has remained constant — his dedication to health, fitness, and holistic wellness.

For more than 30 years, Bobby has studied health, fitness, and nutrition. He’s also practiced yoga, explored the art of energy healing, and engaged in a variety of physical, spiritual, and mental disciplines to deepen his knowledge and experience in overall wellness.

He’s committed to inspiring and guiding his audience toward real, lasting progress. The Passive Workout is his step-by-step process designed for action-takers who want to lose weight, get in shape, and improve their health — without the pressure of dieting. The focus is simple: move your body in some way every day. Over time, these daily actions help reshape your habits and transform your lifestyle.

"It’s all about making progress without the dieting pressure mentality," Bobby explains. "My system isn’t a diet; it’s a way of life. It’s simply about getting your body moving every day — hence the credo of the Passive Workout."

Credo: "Wherever you are and whatever you’re doing, just add an exercise."

Bobby’s mission is to help you realize just how much you matter. If you don’t already believe it, he’s here to help you discover it. As he puts it:

"It’s my hope that each student makes a real effort to gather knowledge on health and nutrition. With that knowledge, they can begin making healthier choices — choices that motivate them to make eating right and exercising a way of life."

Peace, Health, and Joy!
Thanks,
Bobby Zapp
